4. Criminal Record (from e-Government)
5. Residential Address History Report (from e-Government)
6. Residence Permit in Germany (must not be older than 6 months)
7. Flight Ticket (if available)

Required Documents for Return from Europe

1. Copy of Passport
2. Power of Attorney (may also be notarized at the Consulate)
3. Title Deed in Turkey or Notarized Rental Contract
4. Detailed Family Registry Certificate (from e-Government or Population Office)
5. Entry/Exit Record for the Last 10 Years (from e-Government or Police Station)

If Sender and Receiver Are Different

Sender:

1. Copy of Passport
2. Notarized Power of Attorney
3. Residential Address History Report (from e-Government)
4. Criminal Record (from e-Government)

Receiver:

1. Copy of Passport
2. Residential Address History Report (from e-Government)
3. Residence Permit in Germany

Required Documents for Departure from Switzerland

1. Passport
2. Power of Attorney
3. Criminal Record (from e-Government)
4. Residential Address History Report (from e-Government)
5. Swiss Residence Permit
6. Signed Swiss Rental Contract
7. Original Form 1844 (filled by the customer for Swiss Customs)

⚠ All documents must be sent to the shipping company as PDF scans before the shipment begins.

⚠ To avoid delays at customs and additional fees, please ensure all documents are complete.

⚠ An itemized inventory list must always be provided to the warehouse or delivery personnel.

Required Documents for Moving to the UK

• Notarized Power of Attorney (attached) – must include photocopy of Passport or ID on the back. Original must be delivered to us.
• Notarized copies of Passport and Turkish ID
• Copy of Flight Ticket
• Personal Effects Declaration Letter (attached, to be signed with full details)
• TOR Reference
• Criminal Record (from e-Government – select “Other” and address it to “Relevant Customs Directorate”)
• Entry/Exit Record (from e-Government – select “Other” and address it to “Relevant Customs Directorate”)

⚠ During TOR application, the “Number of Enclosures” field must include an estimated item count (150+ pieces). Otherwise, the application will not be accepted.

Required Documents for Cyprus Shipments

Documents Required in Turkey:

1. Notarized Power of Attorney (attached)
2. Itemized Inventory List (signed with name and surname)
3. Family Registry Certificate
4. Copy of Turkish ID (notarized)
5. Copy of Passport (if married, both spouses’ passports)

Documents Required in Cyprus:

1. Residence Certificate (from local authority at the home address)
2. Property Title Deed, Rental Agreement, or Sales Contract
3. Entry/Exit Record (from Police Department)
4. Passport (mandatory)
